it's alright.. they update it nearly every week and if you clock in usually between the hours of 11pm-4am, we'll, tough luck.. you're not clocking in till the site is up and running again. I can't say how many times I've had to write an email saying why I didn't clock in. it's annoying.. but other than that, the app is pretty good. finger print to sign in doesn't even show up 9 times out of 10 but when it does, it's nice to not have to send my phone a code. if they fixed that stuff, 5 out of 5!

I like it, however, it has lots of problems. my password always gets changed even after I set it with a thumb print. not being able to access it has cost me lots of money in the past. couldn't put in for holiday pay or sick pay when weeks are short. so had to emsettoe for checks under 40 hours etc...as a result. I could go on longer

To many bugs- go through the sign in process 3 times before being able to login. most of the time it won't allow you to clock in until a half hr into your scheduled shift, the geo location will read your location being over 20 miles away from where you actually are enabling your ability to clock out. the most irritating part is having to reset a password damn near every other time you login. I'd rather waste my time making an extra trip to the main office to manually punch in 4 times a day
